• Single Temperature Zone – Settable from 5 – 20°C, Pure allows your bottles to be stored at a controlled temperature, ideal for long term cellaring.
• Humidity – humidity is maintained at a level of around 60 – 70 % and your wines are protected from vibration, U.V. light and poor air quality, which could adversely affect the maturing process

  • Access Storage pack: this pack includes fixed storage shelves that fit up to 70x 750ml bottles stacked on top of each other per shelf
  • Premium shelf pack: this pack includes Eurocave’s unique glossy-black sliding bottle fit holders and timber front. The premium sliding shelfavoids vibrations thanks to its ball bearing sliding system and its integrated soft-close for a cushion effect. It allows placing 12 bottles, securely on an individual dedicated support, the “Main du Sommelier”, a bi-material structure patented by EuroCave.

• Built in vs Freestanding: EuroCave Pure wine fridges are designed to be used preferably as freestanding units. They can be built-in but there are certain rules that need to be followed, notably in terms of air circulation and electrical installation. Please contact us for further details.
• Display: Electronic Regulation. Visual alarms in case of dysfunction (open door, sensor fault, temperature alarm, charcoal filter, threshold humidity. Hygrometry display, Automatic defrost)
• Quiet Operation: Low noise and no vibration thanks to the slow-cycles compressor fixed to silent blocks + the evaporator surrounded by high-density polyurethane foam.

• Lead time on most units is 8-12 weeks, stock dependent.
• Delivery to major centres in South Africa is included in the price. Delivery to outlying areas, and/or installation of your wine fridge, is excluded from the price and can be quoted separately.
