• To ensure a perfect outcome every time, the Soft Machine Blade – Le Pierre features two stainless steel blades with unique ergonomics. The large comma-shaped blade – evoking the shape of the ebony body – is ideal for slicing through cheese or saucisson without damaging dishes or cutting boards. And the other blade, smaller but just as robust, is ideal for clean and precise cuts through the foil.
• In the tradition of folding knives and Swiss Army knives, the Soft Machine Blade – Le Pierre’s stainless-steel blade nestles into the ebony wood handle, and only reveals its sharpness when needed. Its raised tip and sweeping curve are reminiscent of a cheese knife.
